What size of residential job do you take on?
Our residential work runs from part house refurbishments, such as 57 Windemeer Road, to full house renovations with extensions and lofts. Tell us what you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it suits us.
Do you provide the design as well as the build?
Yes. Our in-house designers draw the scheme up, working with your architect or engineer if you have one, so the design and the build are priced and planned together.
How do you price a renovation?
From drawings and a specification wherever possible, because that is the only way to give a figure that holds. If you do not have drawings yet, the planning stage produces them.
Will I have one point of contact?
Yes. Every job has one point of contact from the first visit to handover, and a plan agreed before any work starts.
What happens after handover?
We remain available after handover and beyond the agreed warranty period, so anything that needs attention once you have moved back in is dealt with by the people who built it.
