At Greystoke Drive we carried out structural alterations and a full house refurbishment.
On the ground floor the internal walls between the rooms were taken out to form one open kitchen and dining room. The floor above was carried on temporary props while the walls came down and the new steel beam went in.
With the structure complete, the house was refurbished: new ceilings and lighting, plastering, flooring, a new kitchen and full decoration.
